• Unfurnished apartments with wall to wall carpeting or hardwood floors
• Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with tub and shower
• Individually controlled heating and air conditioning units
• Utilities included (with the exception of cable and telephone)
• Window blinds

• Maintenance and upkeep
• Weekly housekeeping services
• Laundry services for linen and towels
• Resident check-in program and two emergency pull cords in each apartment monitored by 24 hour per day staff
• Security and fire alarm system
• Private, locked mailboxes serviced by U.S. Postal Service
• One well appointed meal each day in the Plantation Restaurant (additional meal packages available)

• Monday-Thursday transportation services to area physicians with 24 hour advance notice, unless it is an emergency. (Transportation is also available to banks, post office, pharmacies, etc.)
• On Friday, we shop for groceries. You may go with our driver, or we will shop for you and deliver your groceries to your apartment

• Dynamic activities program, seven days per week.
  Our program includes:
• Half day and day trips to popular destinations, examples:
• Helen, Georgia for the Oktoberfest
• Gatlinburg, Tennessee for Christmas
• Cumberland County Playhouse and other attractions in Crossville, TN
• Trips on the Southern Belle Riverboat in the fall, and many other trips of interest.
  
• Local trips include outings to local restaurants, theatres, shopping centers, and other local points of interest.
  
• Our in-house activities include bingo, card games, board games, crafts, musical programs, dances with live bands and water aerobics in our pool

• The following facility features are available for the use and enjoyment of our residents:
• Conveniently located, non-coin operated laundry rooms
• Peaceful chapel with piano and organ (Bible study and Sunday Services)
• Activity room with large screen television and game tables
• Fitness and recreation room with assorted exercise equipment 
• Library with fireplace
• Professionally operated hair and nail salon
• Beautiful tree-lined courtyard with swimming pool and gazebo

• Additional points of interest
• Small pets are welcome in apartments and designated areas. Residents must be able to provide all necessary pet care and pets must not disturb other residents. A $25.00 per month pet fee is required plus a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.
• Family and friends are welcome to join residents for any meal. Advance notice is appreciated and charges may be added to the resident's bill.
• Residents and invited guests may use the swimming pool during posted hours, at their own risk
• Proper dinner attire is required for the Plantation Restaurant.
• Dinner menus are available every day, for the following day, and must be turned in daily.
